    Unfortunately we do not accept any returns, all sales are final.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    All orders have a standard processing time of 1-3 business days. They will be shipped from NYC and will take an additional 1-5 business days to arrive, based on the final destination.

  • I purchased an item on pre-order, when will it arrive?"
    Pre-ordered items will ship 1-2 weeks after the purchase date.
  • What do I do if I never recieved my order?

  • Can I exchange an item?
    Yes, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the arrival date for online orders and within 7 days of the purchase date for in-person orders.
  • I'm interested in an item that is out of stock, when will it be restocked?"
    All items are made in limited quantities, therefore no item will be restocked.
